    Problem: You have selected your preview image but that is not the photo that displays in horse listings.
    Reason: If you have more images saved with your ad than your ad level allows, your preview image might not be displayed.
    Solution: Delete extra photos and select your preview image from those remaining, or upgrade your ad if there is a higher level available so that you can show more images in your ad.
    Problem: You have added some videos but one or more do not show up in your ad.
    For example: When editing your ad you see 3 videos, but only 2 play in ad.
    Reason: If you have more videos saved with your ad than your ad level allows, your extra video will not be available to play.
    Solution: Delete extra videos or upgrade your ad if there is a higher level available so that you can show more videos in your ad.
    Problem: You received an email from a buyer but there is no message in your inbox.
    Reason: Occasionally, if someone creates an account for the purpose of trying to defraud or spam users, their account is deleted. New accounts are routinely reviewed and deleted if suspicious. Users also report any messages they have converns about too. Any messages sent from those accounts are automatically deleted from your inbox.
